Dr. Larry Lowe is the Chief Innovation Officer for the City of Huntsville and a technology entrepreneur with expertise in artificial intelligence, data science, and digital transformation. A Huntsville native, he has spent more than 20 years leading technology innovation across the defense, commercial, and public sectors.
